1. Free trial
Starter comes with a 15-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you don’t need a card to start it.
Cancel at any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
2. Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel from Plan & billing at any time. Your plan stays on until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.
3. Refunds
We don’t refund part of a month or year. When you cancel, you keep using your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
4. Changing plans
Moving up to Growth starts at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
Moving down to Starter happens at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
5. After you cancel
Your shop becomes view-only. You can still open, print and export your bills, stock and customers. Nothing is deleted while your account stays open; if you close your account, we delete your shop’s data.
6. Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We send a GST invoice after every payment.
