We run a jewellery business too.
We make and sell jewellery in Delhi. Every day we deal with the morning bhav, stock moving in and out, bills and payments, and the hisaab at night. CaratOS is the software we wanted for all of that, and couldn’t find.
CaratOS is made by Izara Gems, the company that also runs RareCut.

A Delhi maker of antique heritage silver, known for its craftsmanship. Izara works with partner retailers and wholesalers.
RareCut
Jewellery sold to customers online, in two lines: The Vault, with lab-grown diamonds set in gold, and House of Silver, with statement pieces in enamel and Italian silver.
Our story
Built from the counter up.
CaratOS started inside our own business. Izara makes jewellery and sells it to shops; RareCut sells to customers. So we see both sides every day: the workshop and the trade desk, and the customer at the counter.
In the shops we supply and visit, we kept seeing the same thing. Staff needed speed. The software gave them too many screens, took weeks to learn, and kept stock, bills and customers in separate places.
So we built CaratOS around how a jewellery shop actually runs: one screen from the first look to the final bill, with stock, customers, staff and GST in step. Strong enough to run the business. Simple enough that your staff will actually use it.

Your sales, stock, prices, customers and suppliers are seen only by you and the staff you allow.
Never used by our other businesses
Izara Gems and RareCut never use your data: not to sell to you, not to set prices, not for “market trends”, not even with names removed.
Support only when you ask
Our support team can open your account only when you switch support on. Each visit ends after 2 hours, and you see a log of everything we looked at.
Every supplier treated the same
CaratOS never pushes you to buy from Izara Gems or anyone else. There are no Izara ads or suggestions inside the app.
Take it with you
Export everything at any time. If you leave, we delete it.
