Only the people you invite
You decide who works in your shop’s CaratOS. Each person gets their own login and a role, and sees only what that role allows.
- Salespeople sell; they don’t see your books
- Your CA gets a read-only login
- Turn someone’s access off in one tap, and it stops at once
CaratOS support, only to help
Named CaratOS support staff can come into your shop only when you switch support on. Nobody else from CaratOS can.
- A banner on every screen while they’re in
- Every visit listed in Settings, with what they did
- Each visit ends after 2 hours, or when you switch support off
- KYC documents stay hidden unless they record a reason
Kept separate, sent safely
Your shop’s data is kept separate from every other shop’s, and all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Your shop’s data never mixes with another shop’s
- Passwords are never stored as plain text
- Payments are handled by Razorpay; CaratOS never sees your card number or UPI PIN
Take it with you
Your bills, stock and customers are yours. Export them to Excel at any time, including after the trial.

- If you leave, we delete it
