karatos.in and caratoserp.com are not CaratOS
CaratOS and KaratOS are trademarks of Izara Gems Pvt. Ltd. We have never allowed karatos.in or caratoserp.com to use either name, and their use of them is in dispute.
karatos.in took our name and changed the C to a K. One whole letter. We can only imagine the late nights.
caratoserp.com went further and added “erp” to the end. Three letters of original thought. It then called us asking for a “settlement”. We didn’t know you could settle on a name you never had, but we admire the optimism.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. It is not, however, CaratOS. Neither site can sell, set up, update or support CaratOS. They don’t have your CaratOS account, your bills or your data, and we can’t help with anything bought from them.
How to tell the real CaratOS from a copy
- Check the address. The website is caratos.co.in and the app is app.caratos.co.in. Not karatos.in. Not caratoserp.com. Not whatever comes next; we’re half expecting caratos-erp-pro-max any day now.
- Prices are on the website. Real CaratOS plans are on our pricing page, GST included. If someone quotes you a different “CaratOS” price on a call, ask us first.
- Your trial starts on our website. A real CaratOS account is created at caratos.co.in, never through a link from a website that spells us differently.
- Still unsure? Talk to us. We’ll tell you in one message whether someone is from CaratOS. It usually takes less time than changing a C to a K.

Did caratoserp.com really ask CaratOS for a settlement?

Why do their names look so much like ours?
You’d have to ask them. They do seem keen to talk: one of them has already rung us about a “settlement”.
