Pieces out on memo, and in on memo
Every memo has a return date. The board shows where each one is, late memos reach Needs you, and kept pieces go onto an estimate in one step. When pieces come back, scan and weigh each one: a short weight or a missing stone is caught on that piece. Pieces a supplier lends you stay theirs until you buy them.

Estimates, orders and dispatch
Start with an estimate in the trade’s own units, confirm an order and its due date, then pack and dispatch it. Scan pieces into packets, print the packing list and delivery challan, and record the courier or angadia docket and insured value.

Rate fixing, when the party asks
Parties often take goods on labour and fix the metal rate later, or return metal instead. CaratOS holds those grams as a debt in metal. Fixing turns grams into rupees at a rate, oldest bills first, and sends a confirmation on WhatsApp.
